2. Tree Planting Certificate Issuance
Certificates of Recognition are issued in good faith based on user-submitted declarations of tree planting initiatives. Certificates remain authentic and verifiable via the MindSpark verification portal. MindSpark reserves the right to revoke certificates found to involve falsified data or automated spam.
3. Book Orders & Delivery
All publication orders placed through our portal are fulfilled promptly through authorized courier partners. Dispatch confirmations and tracking references are communicated via email or WhatsApp.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
Any legal dispute arising in connection with services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, India.
